About the author
Lanchi Tran Le is a Vietnamese American and non-binary butch lesbian. Their first memory of writing was a Danny Phantom fanfic, which they hand wrote in a notebook and passed around to their fifth grade class. (Sagittarius behavior.)
They have worked in the film/television industry for 5 years as a production coordinator, and are pursuing storytelling full-time. Their storytelling focus is on LGBT and Asian diaspora stories in fantasy and slice-of-life contemporary romance. They are currently working on a danmei-inspired fantasy novel and a rural butch-femme contemporary YA romance.
In their spare time, they enjoy annoying their three cats, watching LOTS of anime, and crying to Mitski albums. To friends, they prefer to go by “Chi.”
